TicketBeGone is operated by Traffic Safety Research, LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains how we handle information when you use ticketbegone.com or register for a course.

Information we collect
When you register we collect the information on the registration form, including name, address, date of birth, gender, phone, email, driver license number and state, reason for taking the course, and court name when required. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on this website. We also collect standard server and analytics data (pages viewed, device type) when you enable analytics tools.

How we use information
We use it to process payment, create your course account, enroll you, issue a completion certificate, transmit completion to TDLR when required, provide support, and meet legal and record-keeping duties.

Who we share with
Stripe (payments), Teachable (course access), TDLR (completion reporting), email delivery, and service providers who host this site. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention
Registration and certificate records are kept as required for TDLR, tax, and support purposes.
