These terms apply to ticketbegone.com and the TicketBeGone Texas online defensive driving course offered by Traffic Safety Research, LLC.

The course
The Texas course is a TDLR-approved driving safety course (provider CP1119). The advertised price is $30.00 — the lowest price allowed by law — all-inclusive, with no hidden course fees. You have 90 days from purchase to complete the six-hour course.

Payment
Payment is made through Stripe. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted, except where the law requires otherwise.

Eligibility and courts
You are responsible for confirming that you qualify for ticket dismissal and for entering the correct court from your citation. A wrong court can require a corrected certificate and an additional charge. You must return the original certificate before a corrected certificate can be issued.

Certificates
We email a PDF certificate the following business day after successful completion and transmit completion to TDLR the following business day. You must submit the certificate to the court or insurer. Replacement copies of a deleted certificate may incur a nominal charge (315-750-0035).

Conduct
You must complete the course yourself. Sharing login credentials or falsifying registration data is not allowed and may void the certificate.

Limitation
The course is educational. We do not guarantee that a court or insurer will dismiss a ticket or grant a discount.
